House Rules:

1. No parties or events allowed. Please respect the noise curfew. No music outside after 9pm and indoor music must be kept at a reasonable level in order to not disturb neighbors.
2. No smoking allowed. Of any kind.
3. No pets allowed.
4. The unit is suitable for babies, toddlers and children under 12, but is not guaranteed to be baby-proof or child-proof. Please inspect the space upon arrival for any hazards and take extreme care around the balcony. It is your responsibility to watch your children at all times.
5. No underage drinking allowed on the premises.
6. Please turn off the AC when you go out.
7. Please respect check-in (after 3pm) and check-out (11am) times.
8. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
9. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
10. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits, etc., on the balcony. This is an HOA rule.
11. Please do your dishes.
12. Please take the trash out before you leave.
13. The closet in between the refrigerator and half bath is locked. Tampering with the locks will result in a fine.
14. If you notice any maintenance issues, please let us know as soon as possible or leave a note before you leave.
15. Damage: we understand that accidents happen! If you or your guests break something, we ask that you notify us so that we can arrange a replacement through the booking app, if necessary. If you notify us, we will not hold it against you in your review.
16. Liability: the owners of the home do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage, or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the vacation rental, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss. By accepting the reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of anything arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to visit the premise.
